Bananas Foster Ice Cream Cake Jun 15th 2013, 22:19 This recipe was adapted from "Taste of the South Magazine 2006". I made this for my husband's birthday, and it was a hit with both adults and kids. This cake has alternating layers of butter cake, vanilla ice cream, cinnamon-caramel sauce, toasted pecans and is topped with bananas in cinnamon-caramel sauce. This is a decadent dessert that takes time to prepare but is so worth every minute. (Note: Preparation time includes time needed for cakes to cool and ice cream to harden between layers and atop the cake.) | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 15, 2013 11:19:07 PM | | Greek Eggplant Dip Jun 15th 2013, 18:20 Found this in a magazine | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 15, 2013 7:20:12 PM | | Honey Cashew Chicken Jun 15th 2013, 17:35 Got this from All You magazine | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 15, 2013 6:35:55 PM | | Quinoa-Feta Burgers Jun 15th 2013, 16:44 I found this in a magazine and looking forward to trying it. | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 15, 2013 5:44:14 PM | | Beer Can Grilled Chicken Jun 15th 2013, 16:25 The whole family loved this one. This is one of my most favorite pulled pork recipes. As a matter of preference, I usually don't put the full amount of green pepper. I like to serve it atop cornmeal pancakes with a sprinkling of chopped green onion. | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 15, 2013 5:22:01 PM | | Coconut Red Rice Jun 15th 2013, 14:45 Creamy coconut milk, ginger, garlic and basic make this dish quite unique. | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 15, 2013 3:45:40 PM | | |
