Easy Saute Swiss Chard Feb 23rd 2014, 23:40 We recently started eating Swiss Chard and love it. I like easy and quick recipes. I normally serve this with pan seared very thick filet mignon steaks. I use the same cast iron pan to cook the steaks and while that's resting, I cook up the creamy shallots and mushroom sauce. Put the sauce over the steaks and recycle the pan to cook the chard. | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 23, 2014 11:40:08 PM | | Pumpkin Gingerbread Bars (Paleo) Feb 23rd 2014, 20:00 Adapted from Cody Chapman's blog. Different than other similar recipes on Zaar b/c this one is lower in carbs, higher in good fat -- no potatoes. | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 23, 2014 7:38:07 PM | | Thai Noodles Feb 23rd 2014, 18:36 You can use creamy or crunchy peanut butter in this recipe. The crunchy peanut butter adds texture to the dish. This is an excellent side to satay or any grilled kabobs. | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 23, 2014 6:36:40 PM | | Rustic Cherry Rhubarb Cheese Tart Feb 23rd 2014, 18:34 This was an experiment gone "right" - I had only a single pie crust and some cream cheese to use up. It was a keeper! You can use fresh or frozen fruit. | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 23, 2014 6:34:43 PM | | Rustic Cherry Rhubarb Cheese Tart Feb 23rd 2014, 18:02 This was an experiment gone "right" - I had only a single pie crust and some cream cheese to use up. These cookies are loaded with coconut and oatmeal and held together with a mixture of fudgy, decadent chocolate and almond butter. If you prefer a stronger almond flavor, feel free to substitute almond extract in place of the vanilla extract. Yummy, chewy and rich--these cookies beg to be paired with a tall glass of ice-cold milk. Yum! | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 23, 2014 4:55:13 PM | | Pan Fried Chicken With Garlic and Lemon Feb 23rd 2014, 13:33 Sometimes I really don't want to be creative with my dinner. Then I usually make this pan fried chicken breast. A little garlic, shallots, lemonjuice and parsley, and dinner is ready! | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 23, 2014 1:33:18 PM | | Chickpeas With Zucchini Feb 23rd 2014, 13:30 This was inspired by a Greek Marinade recipe from Jeanne Lemlin's "Vegetarian Pleasures." I loved the mixture of dill, zucchini and olives so I used them as a starting point for this Nutritarian style recipe. You can reduce prep time by using jarred garlic and frozen mushrooms and onion. | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 23, 2014 1:30:44 PM | | Coconut Flour Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies Feb 23rd 2014, 13:26 I took a coconut flour peanut butter recipe I found online and added more ingredients.
