French Herb Swirl Bread Feb 14th 2014, 23:29 I've had this recipe since I was a pre-teen. It's on a yellowed sheet of paper that is worn thin. The heading reads "Old World Breads Made Easy" - (Pillsbury, Around the World with Easy Recipes). I remember making it when I was a young teen (12 or 13) and though I hadn't mastered breads by any means, I remember it being very good. It was one of the first breads I made from scratch all by myself. I've been searching for this recipe for so, so many years and I just found it. I'm soooo happy! I plan to make it again! | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 14, 2014 11:29:19 PM | | Southwestern Chicken Salad Feb 14th 2014, 19:44 The only cooking done on this one is caramelizing the onions. I made some changes to it so it is simpler to make and is more in keeping with a Nutritarian eating style. This recipe takes a little more prep time than some of my other recipes but the end result is worth it. Pressing tofu: Cut it into 1/2 inch slices. Lay the slices out on a clean kitchen towel that has been folded in half or a couple of layers of paper towel. Fold the kitchen towel over the tofu slices or place additional paper towels on top. Cover with a small cutting board and place 6 to 8 cans on top to weight it down. Let tofu sit at least 30 minutes before cutting it into 1/2 inch cubes. | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 14, 2014 6:43:11 PM | | Nanni's Chocolate Chip Cookies Feb 14th 2014, 18:41 These are Nannie's famous chocolate chip cookies that we dream about. | Rating: 0 Created: Feb 14, 2014 6:41:20 PM | | Cherry Bounce Liqueur Feb 14th 2014, 18:39 Martha Washington made cherry bounce liqueur and George carried it with him on his travels.
