Mummy Cookie Balls Aug 1st 2013, 22:10 I made these for a party. Everyone liked them. They were fairly easy to assemble and the end result was so cute! I would definitely make them again. I will also try other versions of cookie balls for other occasions. | Rating: 0 Created: Aug 1, 2013 11:10:07 PM | | Thai Pineapple Salad Aug 1st 2013, 21:44 This is from Betty Crocker's International Cookbook. The fruit is tossed with a mild dressing, and it's intended as a side dish that will offset some of the more fiery main dishes for which Thai cuisine is so well known. | Rating: 0 Created: Aug 1, 2013 10:44:16 PM | | Slimy Monster Cupcakes Aug 1st 2013, 21:43 These were exactly what I was looking for. They made quite a show but weren't overly sweet. My 5 year old rolled the marshmallows in the green sugar. They were a hit at the Halloween party. | Rating: 0 Created: Aug 1, 2013 10:43:32 PM | | Thai-Spiced Scallops Aug 1st 2013, 21:34 From the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook titled Dinnertime Express. They point out that this recipe lets you explore the wide spectrum of Thai tastes as it includes lots of traditional Thai ingredients with the addition of basil that adds a peppery clovelike flavor. | Rating: 0 Created: Aug 1, 2013 10:34:31 PM | | "Boo-Tiful" JELL-O Cups Aug 1st 2013, 21:08 This was so good...everyone loved them. | Rating: 0 Created: Aug 1, 2013 10:08:35 PM | | Foil-Baked Salmon With Basil Pesto and Tomatoes Aug 1st 2013, 20:58 I had some already made pesto in the fridge, so this was quick and delicious. I can't remember eating more delicious salmon. I doubled the recipe, and it was supposed to be leftovers but there weren't any. Recipe courtesy of Kalyn's Kitchen. I'm glad I doubled the recipe. Recipe courtesy of America's Best Recipes, a 1990 hometown edition, and The Elvis Presley Memorial Trauma Center of Memphis, Tennessee. These brownies are so rich and delicious. Obviously, it's not Halloween so I'm leaving off the topping but this is an amazing brownie recipe to make any time of year! Just don't bother trying to line the pan with tin foil. I did that the first time and it turned out to be a complete mess so that's when I ended up having to make a second batch (it was for our work Halloween party). But at least the first messy batch could be kept at home for us. :) | Rating: 0 Created: Aug 1, 2013 8:01:40 PM | | |
