These are so moist and tender, you will probably never want to grill them again. I've used many types of ribs... Baby Backs, Country Style (St. Louis)... etc. My favorite rub to use is Recipe #510906 and hubby loves my Recipe #510968 on them, but use whatever your family favs are of both. If you decide to use either of my rub or sauce recipes, please feel free to add a review to those recipes, as well. This recipe is just basically a technique to baking ribs indoors. I hope you enjoy these easy, no fuss ribs. | Rating: 0 Created: May 15, 2014 6:23:08 PM | | Garlic Cheese Biscuits May 15th 2014, 17:22 Mmm, these are good, a lot like the Red Lobster biscuits everyone keeps raving about. | Rating: 0 Created: May 15, 2014 6:22:35 PM | | Sauerkraut Salad / Kraut Salad May 15th 2014, 10:51 My Dad made this great Sauerkraut Salad, he really liked it! I don't like sauerkraut, but this really changes the taste of it and it's good! He shared his recipe with me in 1966. Can be made with any color bell peppers or onions to make it more colorful! -- Refrigerate overnight for best flavor! -- | Rating: 0 Created: May 15, 2014 11:51:22 AM | | Mrs. Whitmeyer's Shoofly Pie May 15th 2014, 10:50 This is a pie from an article in the Washington Post on May 14, 2014 written by Pennsylvania native Tim Artz; Mrs. Whitmeyer is a neighbor from his childhood and he would request this pie instead of birthday cake it is so good. | Rating: 0 Created: May 15, 2014 11:50:57 AM | | Nando's Mediterranean Rice Copycat May 15th 2014, 10:50 We're quite fond of Nando's here in Malaysia. The oddest thing is that our 2yo LOVES the Nando's rice, instead of the Nando's chicken. So I decided to look up a copycat and found what looks like a really easy way of cooking it using a rice cooker. Haven't tried it yet to see if it tastes exactly like Nando's. | Rating: 0 Created: May 15, 2014 11:50:49 AM | | Crock Pot Ribs May 15th 2014, 10:50 crock pot dry rubbed ribs | Rating: 0 Created: May 15, 2014 11:50:14 AM | | Radish Gazpacho May 15th 2014, 10:48 Adapted from "The Beekman 1802 Heirloom Vegetable Cookbook". Tangy buttermilk and rich nuts tame the peppery flavor of raw red radishes, which give this refreshing soup a purple-pink hue (although you can use radishes of other colors). Although the soup makes a lovely first course for a casual dinner, you could also set out smaller servings in shot glasses for an elegant outdoor-party appetizer. Make Ahead: The soup can be refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months. The garnishes can be refrigerated for up to 3 days; the sliced radishes should be stored in water to prevent discoloration. This can be made vegetarian by omitting the egg garnish, and vegan by substituting the buttermilk for non-dairy milk with vinegar (1 cup non-dairy milk to 1 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice, let stand 5 minutes to curdle). "Cook" time is chilling time. | Rating: 0 Created: May 15, 2014 11:48:58 AM | | |
