The strawberry sauce makes the recipe. It's not nearly as good without it. Also, it will not look like the mix will fit in the loaf pan when it's waiting in the bowl, but it will! ------ "The sweet strawberry sauce is a perfect contrast to the earthy, fully loaded lentil loaf. Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for up to five days. Tip: soaking parchment paper in water makes it much easier to mold into the shape of the pan." From alive.com

Brussels Sprouts With Umami Sauce

Halved Brussels sprouts are quickly stir fried with garlic, then tossed in Umami sauce which makes a nice, thick sauce. Yum. The computer would not let me say umami sauce in the ingredients, so I put soy sauce, but use umami sauce! I made Annacia's Recipe#502824 using veggie bacon and it was so good, I'm sharing it with you. I used Morningstar bacon but you can try it with your favorite brand or with tofu bacon. I made this in a toaster oven. Enjoy!
