Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Be sure to use the Hungarian sweet paprika instead of the smoked in this....it just works better with the recipe.

Crunchy Baked Salmon
Mar 2nd 2014, 18:59

I created this recipe one weeknight. It's quick to make, but has a nice crunchy topping. I used ground almonds to lower the carb count.

Blackened Chicken With Basil Pesto & Tortellini.
Mar 2nd 2014, 17:42

Great combination of Cajun & Italian cuisines that will liven up any dull piece of Boneless Chicken Breast and turn it into an enjoyable meal. We also added in some Tortellini covered in Basil Pesto to finish out the plate.

Pasta Alfredo Grilled Chicken and Vegetables
Mar 2nd 2014, 17:42

I use a good Durham Penne Pasta, but any cut pasta will work. This dish is one of my favorites and can easily be increased for larger crowds. I use a vegetable blend that includes yellow and orange carrots, red peppers, and green beans, but it can be substituted to your taste. I also use wheat flour instead of white.

The Perfect Banana Pudding
Mar 2nd 2014, 17:42

The perfect homemade, old-fashioned banana pudding with no instant pudding or (god forbid) Cool Whip. I sometimes even make homemade vanilla wafers to put in it.
