We make this "egg bake" for every holiday brunch and it's regularly delivered to friends and neighbors with new babies or who are grieving which is where the love comes in. It's easily made ahead and just popped into the oven an hour before meal time. So many emotions and memories are tied up in this deceptively simple but definitively delicious breakfast casserole!
