Argentine Grilled Flank Steak
Jul 19th 2014, 21:36

My daughter brought this recipe back from her honeymoon in Argentina. It is very simple....the longest part is just marinating. (8 hours). This is not included in prep time as it is inactive prep time. Any leftovers are great on a sandwich or on a salad!

Carnival Style Fish Sticks With Lemony Jalapeno Mayonnaise
Jul 19th 2014, 18:41

Winning recipe at the Gilroy Great Garlic Cook-Off 2013. Kohlrabi is a member of the turnip family and is sometimes referred to a "cabbage turnip". It has a sweet, mild flavor.

Quick Pasta Sauce
Jul 19th 2014, 16:57

This is very good and easy to make. I left out the brown sugar in the recipe, and if I make it again (something I rarely do is make the same recipe) I will omit the fennel or reduce it and add a lot more red pepper in it's place. Recipe courtesy of Pillsbury in Minutes.

Pineapple Coleslaw
Jul 19th 2014, 16:30

I made this with red cabbage for something different. It is a nice spin on traditional coleslaw. Recipe courtesy of The Country Cooking Recipe Collection Prize Winning Salads.

Chocolate Peanut Squares
Jul 19th 2014, 16:22

I shouldn't have discovered this recipe because I love peanut butter. This is heavenly, and it was nice in the summer because it's a no-bake recipe. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home Contest Winning Annual Recipes 2010. Serving size is estimated.

Who knew you can make this from scratch, and it's pretty tasty--just like the real stuff. Serving size is estimated.

Simple Spanish Rice
Jul 19th 2014, 16:10

So this is how you make rice like the restaurant? It definitely has a lot of oil in it, but it is also quite delicious. I felt like I was out to eat. I always wondered why their rice tastes so much different. Serving size is estimated.
