Vietnamese Chicken Wings With Maggi Sauce
May 17th 2013, 21:08

I found this recipe on the cooksrecipes.com website, in their international recipes collection. Maggi sauce should be available in the Asian aisle of most larger grocery stores and international markets. The chicken is moist and flavorful with a tangy glaze with only a hint of heat.

Sea Bass Cuban Style
May 17th 2013, 18:47

This was a highly rated recipe that I found on the Safeway website, posted by Kiki Hahn (though the allrecipes site is credited for the photo). It's a recipe for sea bass simmered in a delicious tomato and white wine sauce with onions and capers for a little flavor kick. The posting chef suggests serving it with rice pilaf.

Baked Halibut Steaks
May 17th 2013, 18:24

This Italian dish is one of the highest rated recipes on the Safeway website posted by dakota kelly, and I wanted to post it here before I lost it (again!). It's quite different than the few with the same title that are already posted to this site.

Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar
May 17th 2013, 17:48

Apple cider vinegar has so many uses, including salad dressing and turning milk into buttermilk. Some people swear by cider vinegar as a digestive aid, a skin care product, and a hair conditioner. It costs next to nothing to make, and it doesn't require any work. If you can make a spot for the jar on your counter, you can make this vinegar. This does need to sit for 6-7 weeks. Easy Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad
May 17th 2013, 17:36

I got this recipe from the Safeway website, which was posted by Melissa Bellemare. It's really delicious and the Cajun-spiced chicken adds quite a nice flavor kick to a plain Caesar salad.

Artichokes and Tuna Pasta Sauce (Rachael Ray)
May 17th 2013, 17:29

Started with a Rachael Ray recipe that looked amazing but very high fat and calories! Gave it a much needed fat and calorie makeover and this is how it ended up. It isn't a diet dish but much healthier than the original. Hope you enjoy! For the FULL fat and calorie version please see http://rachaelrayshow.com/food/recipes/spaghetti-artichokes-and-tuna/ Please use the best quality canned tuna you can afford. It makes all the difference! Also remember to buy sustainable! :)
