Chile-Chicken Posole Jun 11th 2014, 19:59 From Food Network magazine, Jan 2010. This was a really tasty, spicy soup. I had trouble finding the green chiles, even at the Mexican market, and next time I'll just roast and chop a poblano pepper. | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 11, 2014 8:59:42 PM | | Loaded Texas Toast Jun 11th 2014, 19:58 Well as you parents know, summer time can heighten your grocery bill. Well to remain consistent with our budget and not bored them with the same foods, my daughter and I created a new recipe we call, "loaded Texas Toast" | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 11, 2014 8:58:28 PM | | Lemon Poppyseed Biscotti Jun 11th 2014, 19:58 Great for tea/coffee with friends and family! | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 11, 2014 8:58:07 PM | | Sam Choy's Mochiko Chicken Jun 11th 2014, 19:56 Sam Choy is one of my favorite chefs. This is a classic dish in Hawaii. Has a nice slightly sweet taste to it. And only 2 steps. Very Easy.... | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 11, 2014 8:56:22 PM | | Fried Corn (Country Style Creamed Corn) Jun 11th 2014, 19:55 My family called this recipe fried corn, but it's really sort of a cross between creamed corn and fried, but to clear, it's not soupy creamy like canned creamed corn and has tons more flavor. It used to be hard to find truly sweet corn, but with all the hybrids out there these days it's fairly easy. I personally try to use "brentwood" sweet corn, and preferably white. But any sweet corn will work fine. My Granny taught me this recipe, she was one of those fabulous cooks, who never measure anything. If you need a larger quantity than what I've provided for in the recipe, no problem. Just add more corn. And adjust the seasons and fats accordingly. This is an easy recipe, even for novice cooks. If you have questions I didn't cover in the directions, please email me, I'll try to respond in a timely fashion. Now it's prime corn time at most farmers market, so get out there and get some corn!! Oh, btw, I make this for bbq's (at my daughter in laws request, she actually pouts if I don't make this), but I love it with simple family meals, especially meatloaf. | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 11, 2014 8:55:50 PM | | Taco Dogs (Rachel Ray) Jun 11th 2014, 19:54 The tortillas crisp when grilled. I have found whiting to have little to no small while cooking. Best served with my recipe # 516674 Sweet Dilly Tartar sauce. We also enjoy serving this fish with Alexia Smart Classic Roasted Straight Cut Fries. The prep time includes the time the fish needs to sit in the refrigerator after breading | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 11, 2014 7:59:50 PM | | Sweet Dilly Tartar Sauce Jun 11th 2014, 18:43 Simple and tasty homemade tartar sauce. It's great with my Pan Fried Whiting Fish. I hate bottled, store bought tartar sauce so I came up with this recipe.
