Zucchini & Yellow Squash Vegetable Pesto Soup Jun 10th 2014, 22:44 I got this recipe from Emeril Lagasse but revamped it to fit my families taste. "Don't be afraid to make this straightforward, veggie-packed soup your own by using the vegetables you especially like or you have on hand. For instance, replace the zucchini and yellow squash with frozen green peas and frozen corn. If you're a tomato lover, two cups of chopped canned tomatoes can be substituted for two cups of the roth. Also, you could gild the lily by adding three cups of cooked macaroni or other small pasta, or a bit of cooked rice, right before serving. The sky's the limit here."--Emeril Lagasse | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 10, 2014 11:44:11 PM | | Skillet Harrissa Turkey Meat from SkinnyTaste Jun 10th 2014, 22:42 Healthy and delicious with very intense flavor from the Harrissa added to the turkey, which can be tasteless. It also uses shredded zucchini to make it even more healthy. You can purchase Mina Harissa at Whole Foods. | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 10, 2014 11:42:36 PM | | One Pot Tomato-Basil Pasta Jun 10th 2014, 22:42 From Healthy Fitness Recipes: Blow your MIND Tomato Basil Pasta! - No Straining, just Stirring Pasta, Tomatoes, Veggie Broth, Olive Oil, and Seasonings (details below) Throw it all in the pot, INCLUDING the uncooked Pasta, and cook! - Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. The starch leaches out of the pasta and makes a rich, warm sauce for the noodles. The other ingredients cook right along with the pasta | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 10, 2014 11:42:12 PM | | Guacomole Dogs Jun 10th 2014, 22:41 Hot dogs on the grill with Guacomole | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 10, 2014 11:41:25 PM | | Almond Lavender Cake Jun 10th 2014, 22:41 Received this on line for TOH and with my lavender getting ready it's very timely. It's described as: An eye-catching, moist cake has a terrific buttery texture and a lovely lavender flavor. Sure to be an eye catching. Note: Look for dried lavender flowers in spice shops. If using lavender from the garden, make sure it hasn't been treated with chemicals | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 10, 2014 11:41:03 PM | | Dukkah Crusted Eggs With Fetta Jun 10th 2014, 22:40 From Justine Schofield Everyday Gourmet and looked like a lovely fresh and light salad yet still very filling and full of flavour. I got this off of the Soma Studio website. No one believes me when I say it's flourless. I usually make it with a decadent chocolate icing, but I've made it with chocolate avocado icing and it was still scrumptious. | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 10, 2014 11:29:42 PM | | Chili-Lime Cream Sauce (Foamed) Jun 10th 2014, 22:28 This recipe was what Jennifer & Scott planned to make for Molecular Gastronomy Night. The original recipe is from Presentation Night (2006-May-13) with the only difference being foaming of the Lime Cream Sauce. The Chili - Lime Cream Sauce recipe from 2006 is shown here without details of the foaming. The sauce can be served with the same shrimp cakes that were paired with the sauce. | Rating: 0 Created: Jun 10, 2014 11:28:03 PM | | |
