Using fewer habanero peppers can reduce the spiciness in this extremely hot habanero hot sauce. The sauce works wonders as a pick-up for Bloody Mary drinks. Flavors meld wonderfully and the sauce keeps nicely for a long time. WARNING: A DASH IS ALL YOU NEED! IT IS BEST TO USE GLOVES WHEN HANDLING THE HABANERO PEPPERS. Makes 64 Servings.

Turkey in a Smoker

This is a great recipe for smoked turkey. A barbecue grill is nearly impossible to cook a large bird. A smoker is best for this. I prefer hickory chips or hickory wood. Hickory generates a more even smokiness than other wood that is green or seasoned. Mesquite, if not well seasoned, will generate a creosote type coating because of the sap that oozes out of the wood while cooking.

These wings are always a hit! I grill them up before a party and keep the hot in a low oven. I always use Frank's Red Hot Sauce. It's got lots of flavor and isn't too spicy.
